Now all RTO Services available Online

Once up on a time, It was not only difficult to apply for DL/RC and RTOs related services. It was almost impossible for people to get their services on time and without paying some extra charges(so called corruption).  In last couple of years many things have changed across India. And MORTH(Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) has brought us all the services of RTOs online. Now all RTO Services available Online in India.

RTO Services Online

Most of the services offered by RTOs are now available on a single portal of Transport Department called "www.parivahan.gov.in". Definitely it is a great and innovative initiative of Transport Department. All the services offered by MORTH is available on this portal. Now anyone from anywhere can avail all the services offered by RTOs at their doorstep. They can apply for the services, pay the fee online and get delivered their service at their doorsteps by Indian Post. Those days are gone when we had to visit RTO/DTO offices hundred times to get done what we were supposed to get. 

Major Services Offered by RTO/DTO in India

Most common services offered by RTO/DTO in Indian is Driving License related services and Registration Certificate related services. Apart from these two services there are many services offered by Transport Department in Regional Transport Offices(RTOs) and District Transport Offices(DTOs).
