On the occasion of National Makhana Day(Rastriya Makhana Divas) Bihar Horticulture Development Society organizing the Makhana Festival 2022. In terms of raising awareness and promoting diverse products, the Directorate of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, has been quite active recently. According to official information, the department plans to host the 2022 National Conference and Mega Makhana Festival on November 29–30 at the Gyan Bhawan in Gandhi Maindan, Patna, Bihar. This is the department's first conference of this type to be held at the national level, and we anticipate that it will be done annually to promote and market Mithila's MAKHANA GI tag products.
