Reel-Making Competition by the Bihar Tourism Department -
People from all around India are being invited to take part in a reel-making competition by the Bihar Tourism Department. Any Indian citizen of any age is eligible to enter the competition. The reward for the winner is 100,000 rupees. The goal of the competition is to encourage tourism in Bihar. The competition has as its topic "The many faces of Bihar."
